Royal Caribbean’s second Icon-class super sequel - Star of the Seas is scheduled for an August 2025 launch. The newest ship from Royal Caribbean doubles down on Icon Class thrills, chills, and wows.
The new floating mega-hotel with a gross tonnage of 250,800T can accommodate 5600 guests across 2805 cabins with a choice of 28 cabin categories like the Icon of the Seas. 14 out of the 28 categories are brand new to the Icon Class - two types of inside cabins, four balcony cabins and eight suites.
This ICON class ship features the OASIS class Central Park Neighborhood - an inside-the-ship, open-air, multi-deck space whose base level is fitted with live vegetation (trees, bushes, flowers). The design also includes the fore-located Solarium - a 2-decks spanning adults-only relaxation complex (covered by a glass rooftop) with its own cafe/bistro, bar, thalassotherapy pool, large jacuzzies, indoor sunbathing area (deckchairs, loungers, daybeds), an outdoor sundeck and more.
