Royal Caribbean has designed Icon of the Seas to give seafarers a first-of-its-kind vacation where guests get a chance to pick the best of perks from different kinds of vacations - resort getaway, beach escape, or theme park adventure - while on the cruise!
Each vessel from the new ICON series will have a passenger capacity of 5610 guests with a Gross Tonnage of 250800 GT, making the new series Royal Caribbean's boldest & largest yet.
Icon of the Seas has 2,805 cabins and 28 cabin categories (including 13 suite categories), including new layouts for families of three, four, five and more. Brace yourself for the largest waterpark at sea or choose from seven pools including Royal Bay, the largest swimming pool on a cruise. Discover dishes to delight every appetite, with 40 dining redefining concepts, a swim up bar, exclusive dining experiences, arcades, live music and shows. Like all Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship, Icon also has a Flow Rider, surfing simulator positioned aft-starboard on top deck, an island-themed Mini-Golf Course, Lost Dunes, and Rock-Climbing Walls at Adrenaline Peak, Ice-Rink Arena, Absolute Zero and lots more.
Icon of the Seas will homeport year-round in Miami. The first cruise is ready to sail starting in February 2024 from Miami and she offers seven nights cruises to the Eastern or Western Caribbean with ports of call including the Bahamas, Mexico, Honduras St. Maarten, and St. Thomas.
